As an employee, I have been blessed to assist families with their financial accounts and their financial aid and scholarship needs for the last 10 years. For the 2024-25 School Year:
Dear Family,
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Suffolk Christian Academy for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. The online application opens on February 1, 2024. Only complete applications will be sent to the school to be considered for aid. The fee for the financial need analysis is $35 and is paid to FACTS upon enrolling. Applicants can apply online by clicking the FACTS link at: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3G5D2. Returning families can apply through the FACTS Family Portal as well. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
- Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
- Copies of your 2023 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
- All non-taxable income must be reported.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online. Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

If you qualify, an additional application will be required to receive qualifying funds from The Children’s Tuition Fund of Virginia. I will send you a link to this application if you are approved for financial aid.
